Spirit of BC Community Committees are a province wide movement to promote British Columbia and our communities to the world stage leading up to and beyond the 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games, leaving a legacy of business opportunities. We have a great deal to offer businesses and organizations within our community by being an influential and first point of contact between the Province of BC and 2010 Legacies Now - ensuring that Langley is in the forefront.
Decisions have been made by VANOC and 2010 Legacies Now as to where the complete show is to be staged, but Langley is looking to capitalize on many opportunities including team hosting, base for media, and the ability to provide products and services. Langley's business community has so much to offer and it is our goal to make this known.
We are looking to the corporate community to support us in accomplishing our strategic goals. We require ongoing funds and in-kind donations to operate our staffed office and all related programs and initiatives.
The Langley Spirit of BC Community Committee is quickly becoming recognized as a leader in the province and our success will benefit our sponsors greatly with the business that they help our community will gain through our efforts.
